Certain products, such as custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These customized items are not refundable as each dimension, hardware, and drawings is to the customer’s likings and preference which is confirmed in the ‘Pre-Production’ assisted with ‘During Production’ and ‘Post Production’.
