This project showcases a wonderful Custom Eyebrow Arched Custom 2 x Wooden Garage.

Project Challenge

The family envisioned a luxurious Eyebrow Arched Custom 2 x Wooden Garage. We guided them on the ideal dimensions and design, which includes the following elements:

In depth details
1. 120mm Herringbone patterns handmade varnished finished with natural wood grain stain
2. Each garage door weighs roughly 280kg so both will be 560kg.
3. Heat and cold insulation layer
4. Waterproof coating and anti-cracking layer
5. Double Skinned Panel: 40mm Aluminium frame thickness + 20mm solid white oak wooden panel = 60mm thick
6. (Matt black) Hardware + (Matt black) accessories + (Matt black) guide rails. (2 inch width galvanized steel rails 1.5mm thickness, 2mm thick high density torsion spring, anti-noise arc-shaped hinging brackets, middle hinges, side hinges, brackets, cable drum with cables, handles, mounting brackets, screws and other accessories) (Driving system includes (2 x garage door motor 220 V, 1500N lifting force, speed 0.1 – 0.2m/s and is adjustable with 2 remote controls, safety sensor, voltage converter (220V to 110V for US Standards)
7. 20mm Door Jamb (Left Side, Right Side and Arch Top). No Casing Selected
8. 2 lines to be removed to ensure it stays cleaner according to the picture!
9. R Value, it is 12-16R value
