This project showcases two components displayed below.

Single Door with Double Sidelights (Entire Package) with frames

3) Glass : Triple Pane Craftsman Art Glass on both sidelights
4) Threshold : 20mm threshold covered with aluminum (black)
5) Hardware : (Moulding line around pattern, Hinges, Lock/Bolt holes according to Kwikset Smart Lock and Handle, Sealing strips on the frame)
6) Frame included whole size : 60in by 80in (1520 x 2030mm)
7) Wall Frame THK : 2 x 6in = 150mm
8) Center single door: 36in = 910mm , rest are two sidelights (both 12in wide)
9) Intricate Custom Carvings of front design will be on both sides (front + back)
10) Color: Darker Mahogany (sample will be provided to you before painting)

Single Door with Frame

8) Intricate Custom Carvings of front design will be on both sides (front + back)
9) Color: Darker Mahogany (sample will be provided to you before painting)

– Shipping included to door step for Michigan

Project Challenge

The family wanted a luxurious single door with double sidelights to match the other single door with intricate carvings.

What we did

• We mapped out the entire whole frame size and indicated what type of glass would fit the double sidelights and type of carvings would suit the front + back designs.
• Triple Pane was selected with seals around the frame due to weather changes in that area of Michigan.

Our team looked at the design / house plans and integrated a drawing through which this beautiful masterpiece was made.

Result

Another happy family. This project is currently underway and is on it’s way of completion.
